Eat Clean & Live Lean 2

The PLAN to Get You Summer-Ready!

Summer is around the corner, and with that comes many articles about great exercise routines to get you in shape for summer. These articles will also usually say that the workouts must be done “along with a healthy diet.” This is because diet is KEY when it comes down to losing weight. Working out is definitely important, but diet is just a little more important. If you want to get rid of the belly flab and cellulite, you MUST eat clean. Unless you are very young or in your teens, you will be wearing what you eat.

Eating more frequently throughout the day is going to BOOST that metabolism and help you BURN that fat! Here are our MAIN goals: Eat every 2-3 hours, have about 6 small meals a day, and each meal should contain 3-4 ounces of protein 3-4, veggie and a complex carb.

So what’s a healthy diet that will get YOU living lean? Here is a sample plan of what the fitness gurus eat!
