Hello again FitnessRx ladies! Welcome to my third Real Strength TRANSFORM video, brought to you by Divine Nutrition. In today’s video, I’m targeting the hamstrings using a lying leg curl machine, which you’ll find in most gyms. Though this may be a very straightforward piece of equipment, I will demonstrate variations to accommodate all levels from the beginner to an advanced lifter with different degrees of intensity. When you perform these variations with strict and proper form, you will really engage your hamstrings.
