Hello again FitnessRx ladies! Welcome to my second Real Strength TRANSFORM video, brought to you by Divine Nutrition. In today’s video, I’m focused on isolating the quadriceps using the seated leg extension machine. Though this may be a very straightforward piece of equipment, I will demonstrate variations to accommodate all levels from the beginner to an advanced lifter. Because you can isolate and focus solely on the quads, it’s an ideal piece of equipment to use. One of the biggest drawbacks of this machine is its easy to get too comfortable–not switching up rep ranges or adding intensity. Well, I will demonstrate several ways you can switch things up right away!
