In today’s video, I focus on exercises targeting multiple areas of the abs all in a giant set. This set up was created to hit the lower and upper abs with four exercises total. Complete 10-12 reps, finishing a few reps shy of failure. There is no rest in between each movement. Be sure to keep breathing through the exercises and have fun!

Don’t forget to focus on performing slower, controlled movements. Exhale on the concentric portion (harder part) of the movement.
