Hello FitnessRx ladies! Welcome to my sixteenth Real Strength video!

In today’s video, I focus on exercises targeting the triceps using a giant set with some unique moves. It’s always cool to find any alternative to these basic and necessary exercises. Just be mindful to set up your station with two varying resistances in case you need to do a dropset mid-way through the exercise.
