In today’s video, I focus on exercises targeting the triceps using a giant set. This is a super effective way to train all three heads of this muscle group. Make sure to set up your station with resistance that will allow you to complete all four exercises.
Add this in once a week to start at the beginning of your triceps routine and complete 1-3 working sets. (Warm up sets excluded)
