Hello FitnessRx ladies! I am back with a new Video Series – Real Strength TRANSFORM, brought to you by Divine Nutrition. Over the next few months, I will be sharing strategic exercises and methods to help you transform your fitness, body and training method. Each episode will propose an exercise and some variations for all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced) to challenge you wherever you are on your journey.

This first few episodes will cover the lower body–specifically, QUADRICEPS. Today, I am sharing a SQUAT VARIATION you can perform on the Free Motion Lift Machine. This particular movement is ideal for beginners and it’s a great exercise to prepare you progress onto more advanced lifts like the bodyweight, dumbbell and barbell squat. I also provide an advanced approach to add some intensity ideal for even experienced lifters looking to give their quads a serious BURN.
