This week, I’m covering BACK TRAINING. I am focusing on the upper, middle and lower back muscles with just the use of my bands! Nothing like discovering some creative variations of back exercises that may be done right in your own home. With simple adjustments, such as hand positioning, you can actually target varying muscle fibers within the same movement. Check out the video below to discover more!
