Working The Abs From All Angles

In this week’s episode of Real Strength, I am working abs with the resistance band focusing on the varying planes you may work the muscles to get a beautiful midsection. Incorporating new exercises with varying degrees of difficulty is a perfect way to shock and stimulate the core. And, what better way to add creativity than with a few resistance bands? As always, have a plan of attack written down and ready to go in your gym bag, so that there is no guess work when you arrive at the gym.
