Resistance Band Training Part 3 – Triceps

Basic Exercises & Advanced Supersets

In this week’s episode of Real Strength, I am hitting triceps with the resistance bands. I hope you enjoy my Vlog and are able to pick up some new exercises, be reminded of exercises you haven’t done in a while and/or learn new ways to incorporate the band into your everyday training. I think the takeaway message, however, is to be creative and have a plan. It’s a great idea to have your workout routine mapped out and all written down before you hit the gym or begin your workout at home. Considering resistance bands are most likely not in your everyday routine, it could be very easy to forget the exercises you planned on doing. The best part is that not only will you have new moves, but you will look like the expert with everything written down ahead of time!
