Isolation & Compound Exercises

In this video, I am focusing on a few leg exercises just using bands for resistance. These exercises are a great supplement to your current leg training. As you know, sometimes it’s impossible to get the equipment you would ideally like to use. In which case, it’s great to force yourself to explore alternate possibilities, like training with resistance bands!
