It is my pleasure to announce that IFBB Figure Pro and Two-Time Figure Olympia Champion Nicole Wilkins signed an exclusive digital media contract with Advanced Research Media. She is the FIRST female athlete to come under contract with Team MD/FitnessRx.
In 2011, Nicole appeared on two covers of FitnessRx for Women, and also in Muscular Development as the Major Distraction. In 2012, she assumed a regular spot on the FitnessRx for Women website with her weekly video series, “The Fit Life,” which was extended to a column in the magazine.
With Nicole’s continued success onstage and the immediate popularity of “The Fit Life,” she made herself an asset we couldn’t risk losing. Beyond her irrefutable poise and beauty, Nicole’s determination, work ethic and professionalism are unrivaled. She is the epitome of what we expect from our champion athletes and befitting the honor of being the first woman to join our team.
Muscular Development/FitnessRx Editor-in-Chief Steve Blechman remarked, “Nicole is an amazing competitor and a special woman whom I’m proud to have join the team. She will be an integral piece of the continued growth and expansion of FitnessRx for Women.”
Nicole commented: “I am very glad that the feedback from ‘The Fit Life’ series has resulted in a continuing relationship with FitnessRx and MD. I am excited to continue sharing what I have learned in my experiences to help others lead a healthier lifestyle!”
On behalf of MD/FitnessRx, I extend a special thank you to Nicole’s manager, J.M. Manion of Fitness Management Group (FMG) for helping to bring this deal to fruition. J.M. states: “Fitness Management Group is extremely excited to continue the amazing relationship we have been forging with Fitness Rx and MD over the past two years through Steve Blechman and now Sean Andros. Fitness Rx and MD couldn’t ask for a better representative than Nicole Wilkins and we know ‘The Fit Life’ series will soar to even greater heights now!”
You can see Nicole every Tuesday and Friday at www.fitnessrxmag.com as she keeps living “The Fit Life” and look for her at www.musculardevelopment.com as well.
