Amp Up Your Pancakes with Gaspari’s Myofusion Cinnamon Roll
You may have had a protein pancake before, but you haven’t had one like this Cinnamon Roll Protein Pancake. This version, which is made with the ridiculously delicious Gaspari Nutrition Cinnamon Roll protein, amps up the flavor of the typical protein pancake. For you gluten-free fit ladies, I also included a version of the recipe made with sweet potato instead of oats. (I LOVE the sweet potato version!) While you can eat your protein pancakes plain or with sugar-free syrup, I included my favorite ways to dress them up: Cinnamon Crème & Cinnamon Maple Nut Butter. (Yep, those are clean too.) MYOFUSION CINNAMON ROLL PROTEIN PANCAKES
6 egg whites
½ c. quick oats
1 scoop MyoFusion Cinnamon Roll protein
Blend all ingredients together. (I use a Magic Bullet for blending.) Pour into a skillet that has been set to medium heat and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cook as you would normal pancakes. Yields 2 large pancakes or 4 smaller ones. Serve plain, with sugar-free syrup or another topping of your choice.*

CINNAMON CRÈME PANCAKE TOPPING
2 tbsp. fat-free, plain Greek yogurt
1/3 scoop MyoFusion Cinnamon Roll protein
Dash of Cinnamon
(Optional garnish) 2 banana slices
Stir yogurt and protein together and place in fridge for 5-minutes to thicken the mixture. Top pancakes with the Cinnamon Crème, sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with two small banana slices (optional).

2 oz cooked sweet potato, skin removed
1 scoop MyoFusion Cinnamon Roll protein
Blend all ingredients together. (I use a Magic Bullet for blending). Pour into a skillet that has been set to medium heat and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cook as you would normal pancakes. Yields 3 medium pancakes. Serve plain, with sugar-free syrup or another topping of your choice.

CINNAMON MAPLE NUT BUTTER
1 tbsp. almond butter
1 tsp. almond milk
2 tsp. sugar-free syrup
1/3 scoop MyoFusion Cinnamon Roll protein
Stir together almond butter and almond milk in a small bowl and microwave for 30-seconds. Stir in other ingredients. Top pancakes with the mixture.
