It’s perfect for early mornings before heading to work or school. It will spark your energy for the day and also give you peace of mind that you completed your cardio. Get to it, ladies!
To obtain the best results, you must complete this session with intensity.
Warm-up – Jog 5 minutes to get the blood flowing.
– If you can complete one round without rest, GREAT!
– If not, try to keep your rest time to 20-25 seconds after each exercise.
Repeat 3 times:
40 yards sprint
25 burpees – move fast
40 yards sprint
25 burpees – move fast
Repeat 3 times:
30 yards of side skips to the left
50 high knees in place – move fast
30 yards of side skips to the right
50 high knees in place – move fast
Repeat 3 times:
20 yards karaokes moving to the left
20 yards fast walking lunges
40 yards sprint
20 yards karaokes moving to the right
HOW TO…
KARAOKES. (Also known as a grapevine or back-side-front) Begin with legs hip distance apart.
TO MOVE LEFT…Cross your right foot over and in front of your left foot. Step open out to the side with your left foot, then cross your right foot behind your left foot. Continue moving laterally for several steps then repeat the movement to the right.
