How important is that resolution?

Remember that thing you made a few weeks ago? What’s that called again? Oh yeah, your New Year’s Resolution. How’s that going? Are you on track? I know I’m bombarding you with questions but I wanted to remind some of you to MOVE YOUR ARSE!

If you were one of the many people who was super excited about working towards your resolution and have now found yourself nowhere near it, then you must figure out why. Ask yourself how important that resolution is to you and what it would mean to complete it. Dedicate a little more time to yourself and get it done! Don’t think it’s too late because it’s not! Regardless of what your resolution was, it was obviously something you wanted to change a few weeks ago. Things change and things happen sometimes, I understand. But for those of you who are still craving the results of accomplishing that goal or keeping that promise you made to yourself, then get on it. Stop wasting time thinking about the “what if’s” and all of the negative things. Think positive, think you will, and work towards it! Believe you can because you can!
